We're looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to own Qlinkon's revenue growth — building the pipeline, leading client conversations, and placing our SaaS products in the hands of businesses that need them.

Qlinkon Technology is growing — and we need a Sales Manager who can match that momentum. In this role, you will be the primary driver of new business acquisition for our AI-powered SaaS product portfolio. You'll work directly with MSMEs, agencies, and enterprise clients across Gujarat, conducting demos, building relationships, and closing deals that matter. This isn't a script-reading sales job — it's a strategic role for someone who understands product value, speaks the language of business owners, and knows how to build a pipeline from the ground up. You'll also have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team as the company scales.

Requirements:

• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, IT products, or B2B solutions
• Probation period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure and client onboarding handoff
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Conduct product demos and tailored presentations for prospective clients across sectors
• Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with local businesses and channel partners
• Build, guide, and motivate a small sales team as the function expands
• Maintain and manage the CRM — tracking leads, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics

You'll be contributing to architecture decisions, building new modules, integrating AI capabilities, and shipping features that directly impact the businesses that depend on our products daily. We work with a modern PHP/Laravel stack with Blade, Alpine.js, and RESTful APIs — and we value clean code, clear thinking, and developers who take ownership of their work.
